1. What Adult Care Network is

Adult Care Network provides marketing and lead-generation services to licensed home care agencies, and helps families looking for Medicaid-funded home care connect with a Medicaid-approved home care agency in their area. We are not a Medicaid provider, a home care agency, or a caregiver employer. We do not provide home care, employ or supply caregivers, bill Medicaid, or enroll families in any Medicaid program. Any care, enrollment, paperwork, and caregiver arrangements are provided solely by the independent partner agency you are matched with, under its own agreements with you. A state Medicaid home care program is a government program administered by the state; Adult Care Network is an independent marketing service and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any state Medicaid agency.

2. Who may use our services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our website and services. By using our services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it (for example, if you are inquiring on behalf of a family member, that you have their permission to share their information).

3. For families & individuals

Our matching service is free to families. We are paid by the partner home care agency for the marketing service of connecting it with families who may be looking for the program — you are never charged for being matched.

• We help you understand, at a general level, whether you may qualify for a state Medicaid home care program, and we connect you with one Medicaid-approved partner agency in your area.
• We do not decide eligibility and we do not guarantee that you will qualify, be approved, or receive any particular services, payment amount, or outcome. Eligibility is determined by the state Medicaid program based on your circumstances, and enrollment is handled by the partner agency.
• You are under no obligation to work with the agency you are matched with, and you may decline the match or seek services elsewhere at any time.

4. For home care agencies

If you are a home care agency, your use of our lead-generation services is governed by these Terms and by the separate written services agreement between your agency and Adult Care Network, which controls if there is any conflict. For clarity:

• We charge a flat marketing services fee for each qualified lead we deliver. Our fee is fixed per qualified lead and does not vary based on conversion, enrollment, Medicaid billing, or any post-delivery outcome. It is not a referral fee, a commission, or a share of any revenue.
• We deliver each qualified lead to a single agency on an exclusive basis, with routing based on objective factors such as geographic match and agency capacity.
• You are solely responsible for verifying each family's eligibility, for your own licensure and Medicaid enrollment, for your communications with families, and for compliance with all laws that apply to your services.

5. Consent to be contacted

By submitting your information, you agree that Adult Care Network and the partner home care agency we match you with may contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by automated, prerecorded, or artificial (AI) voice and by text message, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of any service. You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or contact us using the details below.

6. No medical or legal advice

The information on our website and in our communications is for general informational purposes only and is not medical, clinical, legal, or professional advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide care, and nothing we provide creates a provider-patient or professional relationship. Always consult a qualified professional and the relevant state Medicaid program for advice about your specific situation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by submitting false or unauthorized information, interfering with the site's operation or security, attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping or harvesting data, or using our services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Adult Care Network or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

9. Third-party services

Our website and communications may link to or rely on third-party services, including advertising platforms and partner agencies. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third party, and your dealings with them are solely between you and that third party.

10. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any match will result in enrollment, approval, care, or any particular outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adult Care Network and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services or your interactions with any partner agency. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adult Care Network and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Adult Care Network is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
