Who we are. Adult Care Network provides marketing and lead-generation services to licensed home care agencies. We help families who are looking for Medicaid-funded home care connect with a Medicaid-approved home care agency in their area. We are not a Medicaid provider, a home care agency, or a caregiver employer. We do not provide care, employ caregivers, bill Medicaid, or enroll families directly. Enrollment, paperwork, and caregiver setup are handled by the independent partner agency you are matched with. Throughout this policy, "Adult Care Network," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of adultcarenetwork.com.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

Information you give us

If you are a family or individual looking for Medicaid-funded home care, you may submit information through our website forms or through lead forms hosted on advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or county, the U.S. state you live in, and general information about the home care you are seeking (for example, whether you or a loved one may qualify for a state Medicaid home care program and whether you already have a caregiver in mind).

If you are a home care agency, our agency contact form collects your name, agency name, state, county or service area, phone number, email address, and your current capacity to accept new clients.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit adultcarenetwork.com, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring website, and interactions with the site. We and advertising platforms may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including the Meta pixel) to measure and improve our advertising and understand how the site is used.

Information from advertising platforms

When you respond to one of our ads or complete a lead form on a platform such as Meta, that platform shares the information you submitted with us so we can follow up and match you with a partner agency. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Understand what you are looking for and determine whether you may be a fit for a Medicaid-approved home care agency in our network;
  • Contact you by phone, text message, or email to follow up on your inquiry;
  • Match families with a single partner home care agency in their area;
  • Provide our marketing and lead-generation services to partner home care agencies;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and advertising;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. How we share information

With partner home care agencies

If you are a family seeking care, the core of our service is connecting you with a home care agency. When you qualify, we share your contact information and inquiry details with one Medicaid-approved partner home care agency in your area so that agency can reach out to you about the program and, if you choose to proceed, handle your enrollment and care. We route each family to a single partner agency on an exclusive basis. Routing is based on objective factors — your geographic location and the partner agency's service area and capacity — not on which agency pays more or converts at a higher rate. Once your information is shared with a partner agency, that agency's own privacy practices govern how it uses your information.

With service providers

We use trusted third-party vendors to run our business, and we share information with them only as needed to provide their services to us. These include our customer-relationship and lead-management platform (GoHighLevel), our website hosting and infrastructure provider (Vercel), email delivery providers, and advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta). These vendors are authorized to use your information only to perform services for us.

For legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

In a business transfer

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

4. We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your contact information with multiple competing agencies or with unrelated data brokers. The sharing described above — with a single matched partner agency and with our service providers — is what makes our free matching service work. Depending on your state, certain ad-related uses of cookies and pixels may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under state privacy laws; see Your privacy rights for your choices.

5. Communications & your choices

By submitting your information through our forms or an ad lead form, you agree that Adult Care Network and the partner home care agency we match you with may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide about Medicaid home care and your inquiry. You understand that:

  • Calls and text messages may be made using automated, prerecorded, or artificial (AI) voice technology, and messages may be sent by automated means;
  • Message and data rates may apply to text messages, and message frequency may vary;
  • Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of any service — you can still ask for information without agreeing to automated contact.

How to opt out:

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help.
  • Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us at the address below.
  • Calls: tell us during any call that you no longer wish to be contacted, or contact us using the details below.

Opting out of marketing communications will not stop non-marketing messages needed to respond to a specific request you have made. If you have already been matched with a partner agency, you may also need to contact that agency directly to stop its communications.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, follow up on your inquiry, comply with our legal obligations (including records of your communication consent and opt-out requests), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Health information & HIPAA

The information you provide to us before you are enrolled with a home care agency is general contact and interest information that helps us match you — it is not medical treatment information. Because Adult Care Network is a marketing and lead-generation service and not a healthcare provider or health plan, we are generally not a "covered entity" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the pre-enrollment information you share with us is generally not "protected health information" (PHI) in our hands. The Medicaid-approved partner agency you are matched with is responsible for its own HIPAA obligations once it begins working with you. We still treat the information you share with us as confidential and handle it as described in this policy.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain uses of your information, including targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below, and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of many interest-based ads through your device or browser advertising controls and through the advertising platforms' own settings.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links & services

Our site and communications may link to third-party websites and services, including partner agencies and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
